This Privacy Policy explains how C Nigel Investments, LLC, doing business as Nigel Buys Houses ("we", "us", "our"), collects and uses the information you provide through nigelbuyshouses.com.
Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through our forms: your name, the property address, your email address and your phone number. We also record whether you gave consent to receive text messages, along with the date and time you gave it. If you call or text us, we keep a record of that contact.
How we use your information
We use your information to evaluate your property, prepare and discuss an offer, answer your questions, and coordinate calls and appointments. If you gave SMS consent, we also use your phone number to send you the text messages described below.
Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
SMS consent is collected through two separate optional checkboxes on our offer form (never pre-checked), or verbally during a phone call with us. The first checkbox covers non-marketing messages about your property inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, and transaction updates. The second checkbox, collected separately, covers marketing messages about home-buying offers, service updates, and related promotions. You may check one, both, or neither. Consent is never a condition of any purchase or service, and we never buy, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers or consent from a third party.
If you opt in, message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us, and you can reply HELP for help or reach us at (480) 500-9801.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business, such as our customer relationship management system, our messaging provider, and the title company handling a closing, and only so they can perform that work for us. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet our record-keeping obligations, which includes keeping records of SMS consent and opt-out requests.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving them.
- Ask us to access, correct or delete your information by emailing contact@cnigelinvestments.biz.
- Ask us to stop contacting you entirely, and we will honor it.
Children
This site is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy we will change the effective date above and post the revised version on this page.
